Returns Policy

 

You may return most new, unopened products purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please do not sign for damaged packaging, as the products may also be affected.

We do not refund products which have been specifically manufactured, unless there is a material defect. We reserve the right to re-work or replace any product in this instance.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more promptly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item please contact us for a authorisation number and please quote this on your return label when you send us the goods back.

All goods must be sent back to us packed in a way that anything inside cannot be damaged in transit , goods must be insured and tracked. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit due to them being sent through the normal post or with a courier that is not trackable.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

We will not accept returns where the products have been specifically manufactured for the customer, unless there is material or work defects which causes the product to be unusable or does not fit.
